Role Overview:


The Enterprise Applications Lead role will be responsible for being an advisor for Microsoft Platforms and applications to both the IT analysts and Business stakeholders. Responsibilities:



Project Implementation.

Testing.



  • Carefully review and manage the testing of multiple system upgrades before releasing them to the Business.

  • Provide recommendations for application system upgrades and enhancements to drive continuous improvement.



On-Call Support and Customer Service



  • Offer on-call support during non-business hours to Operations as needed.

  • Provide prompt and effective assistance to resolve any issues that may arise.



Process Improvements.


o Serve as a subject matter expert in identifying opportunities for process optimization.



  • Lead initiatives to streamline existing processes and enhance overall efficiency.



People Management.



  • Provide performance planning and guidance for direct reports, fostering their professional growth and development.

  • Effectively manage Analysts, ensuring successful execution of roadmaps, budgets, and forecasts for assigned applications and system environments.

  • Collaborate with direct reports to mentor soft, strategic, and technical skills.

Requirements:
