  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot security-related issues.
  • Preferred experience in leading digital transformation projects and cloud migration efforts with a strong focus on security.
  • Understanding of and experience with AIOps concepts and tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack, and platforms like OpsRamp or DynaTrace, would be strongly preferred.
  • Experience with performance optimization as applied to cloud infrastructure and cloud application architectures.

Pay Range

The pay range for this role is: $ 118800.00 to $ 178200.00 for California.

Regional Field Support Manager (Southwest Region)

Directs the Field Service activities in the Southwest Region. Person hired can reside in the Dallas/Fort Worth TX area, Houston TX area, or San Antonio TX area, within a reasonable commute to a major airport. Responsible for coordinating the regional Field Service Engineers to meet business objectives and provide exceptional customer service. The person hired will have a minimum of an Associates Degree in a related field, with a Bachelors Degree in a related field strongly preferred. A minimum of 5 years direct customer interface with 3 years of supervisory /management experience in a field service environment is also required. Should have knowledge of database software, internet software, spreadsheet software, and Microsoft Word/Excel/Power Point. Some overnight travel will be required. No Relocation, only local area candidates will be considered.


Base salary $95K – $120K depending on experience, plus bonus, company vehicle, and fully paid family medical.

Required Skills:



  • 5 years ERP implementation experience.

  • 10+ years relevant sales/distribution work experience

  • Strong understanding of Oracle JDE E1 ERP Order Management/Pricing (JDE) best practices and industry proven practices and has re-engineering sales business processes as appropriate.

  • Application implementation and support experience with sales order management, advanced pricing, and inventory management.

  • Strong knowledge of system testing and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies

  • Familiar with open platform reporting techniques; scripting, SQL, BI Tools ie Cognos

  • Bachelor Degree
